Returns

Once placing your order, no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you have entered your shipping details incorrectly, please email us at hello@bloombodyandbaby.com.au and we will try our best to resolve the issue. 

Return Conditions

We will happily provide you with a store credit for your item(s), given you meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase;
  • The item is unused, unopened, unwashed and in the original conditions; and
  • All tags are attached (if appropriate).

Returns are not permitted where the item(s) were on sale/discounted.

Once received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be issued with a store credit via email. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

How do I request a return?

If you meet the above criteria and wish to return your item(s) please email hello@bloombodyandbaby.com.au with your order confirmation and reason for return. We will be in touch with a return address. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.

Once we receive your return, we will assess the item(s) and you will be notified once your store credit has been processed. If your return does not comply with the above conditions, it will not be accepted. In this instance your item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.
